About
The Low Code Solutions service manages and offers access to multiple low code/no code platforms that enable UW-Madison employees to build applications of varying complexities with little to no coding required. The goal of the service is to support a wide range of application use cases and increase business and developer productivity without compromising application performance by empowering campus administrators (non-IT, business centric staff) with low code/no code tools and collaboration with professional software developers.
Additionally, the Low Code Solutions service is supported by and collaborates with Advisory Board members and Organization Administrators across campus. These groups help support users, collaborate in more complex development projects, and provide feedback and insight that shapes the offerings and development of the Low Code Solutions service.

Advisory board – strategic outlook
The Low Code Solutions advisory board includes representatives from across campus to help ensure the success and utility of this service campus wide. These representatives will assist in driving product usage and connecting stakeholders with Betty Blocks and Kuali Build as a possible solutions to their needs. Additionally, they will work hand in hand with the Low Code Solutions service team to ensure that the service is broadly accessible and can meet use cases across campus.

Organization administrators – operations
Low Code Solutions Organization Administrators (Space Managers in Kuali) are those who are charged with managing one or more organizations within the Low Code Solutions platform by advising on best fit for new applications, supporting Application Managers, assisting in application governance and ownership, communicating updates, and awareness of resources relative to the School’s/College’s/Division’s/department’s/group’s business case and their needs.
